FREE SHIPPING (WHEN WITHIN VALID PROMO PERIOD)

RAPJAXX suggested shipping method is USPS Priority Mail (generally takes 2 – 3 business days for delivery after shipping or less depending on location).

If you need jacket guaranteed delivery by certain date, we suggest FedEx. Let us know what the event is….we handle custom orders separate from online orders.

Please allow handling time of 8 – 14 business days after payment processing for shipment confirmation & tracking number information via email.  All packages are shipped with a tracking number which we will provide to you via email upon shipment. We will use the email address provided by customer upon checkout.

Please note that USPS Priority Mail provides a shipping confirmation email including tracking number but does not include delivery confirmation.  FedEx shipments are shipped with a guaranteed delivery date, delivery confirmation & signature if requested. FedEx shipments are insured for full value but if USPS shipping method is utilized, RapJaxx is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods after shipment from RapJaxx via tracking confirmation.

Please allow handling time of 10 – 16 business days after payment processing for shipment confirmation & tracking number information via email.  All packages are shipped with a tracking number which we will provide to you via email upon shipment. We will use the email address provided by customer upon checkout. All international sales are final sales.

RAPJAXX U.S. RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY


PLEASE READ OUR FULL POLICY

For customers in the United States, If original purchase from RapJaxx doesn’t work out for you, we ask you return the jacket back to us via shipping method that ensures the package is insured with tracking number information sent to RAPJAXX@gmail.com to the return address we provide in order to be eligible for an exchange.  For any exchanges, if you do not provide a tracking number or proof of delivery to us via email and we do not receive the jacket, we will be unable to honor any exchange or return requests and will not be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

All exchanges must be equal to or less than the full value of the original purchase.Upon exchange, store credit will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable. We will allow you to pay the difference in price for an exchange of a greater value product of the original purchase amount. Based on the vintage nature of the garments, RAPJAXX will work with you towards the best solution . All returns are up to the discretion of RAPJAXX LLC. Any allowable exchanges or returns will be processed no later than 10 – 14 business days after item is received back at headquarters in Los Angeles. At the discretion of RAPJAXX, Any returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee & shipping will not be reimbursed. We will honor exchange requests via email up to 5 days from when the original product was received via tracking confirmation number. After 5 days after item was delivered, all sales are final.

All international sales are final sales.

All items are VINTAGE items as clearly described thus there may be signs of wear or vintage markings. No refunds will be granted based on condition of jacket. While we do our best to ensure our inventory is mint condition as possible The beauty of vintage is the characteristics of the satin and binding. If you are expecting to be buying something new, this is not the website for you.

If we do decide to extend the decision to return merchandise, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
